REQUIRED: LVN lic issued by State of CA & IV Certification, active BLS/CPR (AHA), 2YR LVN exp. Must have prior authorization review experience. Knowledge of Criteria Hierarchy, ICD 10 and CPT coding. Exp in Claims Review and Denials helpful. LVN will be working referrals; matching clinical criteria to referral notes.
